cooked chicken, chopped
1 c
chicken broth
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper
1/3 c
chopped almonds, toasted
1/2 c
vegetable oil
1 Tbsp
dried parsley
1 tsp
celery seeds
1 c
all purpose flour

How to Make Chicken Puffs


  • 1Combine chicken and almonds; set aside. In large saucepan, Combine the broth, oil,Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, celery seed, and ceyenne pepper. Bring to a boil; add flour, all at once, and stir untill smooth ball forms. remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Beat until smooth. stir in chicken and almonds; drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 450 degrees f for 12 minutes or until golden brown. serve warm
