    meat loaf mix
  • 1/2 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    quinoa, cooked
  • 1/4 c
    parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp
    basil, dried
  • 1/4 c
    onion (minced)
  • 3-4 clove
    garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 11/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    fennel (ground)

How To Make best low carb protein rich meatballs

    Preheat oven to 450. Mix all ingredients together, form into uniform golf ball size balls.

    Place on a Pam sprayed rack in a deep baking pan. Bake35 min.
