    meat loaf mix
  • 1/2 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 1 large
  • 1/4 c
    quinoa, cooked
  • 1/4 c
    parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp
    basil, dried
  • 1/4 c
    onion (minced)
  • 3-4 clove
    garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 11/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp
    fennel (ground)

How to Make Best Low Carb Protein RIch Meatballs


  1. Preheat oven to 450. Mix all ingredients together, form into uniform golf ball size balls.
  2. Place on a Pam sprayed rack in a deep baking pan.
