  • 12 medium
    jalapeno peppers washed, cut in half long ways and cleaned out
  • 1 pkg
    (8oz) cream cheese softened (room temp)
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar
  • 3/4 lb
    browned & drained hamburger meat
  • 1/4 c
    buffalo wing sauce (i like mine spicy)
  • 1 lb
    thin bacon cut in half

How to Make Bacon Buffalo Cream Cheese Jalapenos

Step-by-Step

  1. Lay jalapeno halves on a cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients together saving half of the pack of cheese and the pack of bacon. Fill each half with the mixture, sprinkle cheese on each one and wrap a piece of bacon around each one. Bake in a 375* pre-heated oven on top rack for 25-30 mins until bacon is golden brown. Enjoy :)
