- 1 small seedless watermelon cut into chunks or wedges
- 1 1/2 cups melted dark chocolate
- 1 cup pistachio nuts, chopped or coarse salt
How To Make salted chocolate covered watermelon

Step 1Cut watermelon to your liking place in freezer. Melt chocolate over double broiler, put aside till it reaches room temp. Remove watermelon from freezer and dip or pour chocolate over each piece and sprinkle with chopped nuts. If there is someone with nut allergies use a coarse salt or crushed pretzels will work great! Place on serving tray.

Step 2Place in refrigerator to set for about 15min.
