Salted Chocolate Covered Watermelon

Healthy too! Make sure You use dark chocolate.
- 1 small
- seedless watermelon cut into chunks or wedges
- 1 1/2 c
- melted dark chocolate
- 1 c
- pistachio nuts, chopped or coarse salt
Melt chocolate over double broiler, put aside till it reaches room temp.
Remove watermelon from freezer and dip or pour chocolate over each piece and sprinkle with chopped nuts. If there is someone with nut allergies use a coarse salt or crushed pretzels will work great! Place on serving tray.
