I have been meaning to post this recipe forever. You are going to impress everyone with this easy app. Healthy too! Make sure You use dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 small seedless watermelon cut into chunks or wedges
  • 1 1/2 cups melted dark chocolate
  • 1 cup pistachio nuts, chopped or coarse salt

How To Make salted chocolate covered watermelon

  • Step 1
    Cut watermelon to your liking place in freezer. Melt chocolate over double broiler, put aside till it reaches room temp. Remove watermelon from freezer and dip or pour chocolate over each piece and sprinkle with chopped nuts. If there is someone with nut allergies use a coarse salt or crushed pretzels will work great! Place on serving tray.

    Place in refrigerator to set for about 15min.
