How to Make Grilled Fruit Skewers with Blueberry Glaze
- Cut the fruit into large chunks, to fit on a skewer. Alternate fruit pieces on the skewer.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, cook blueberries & balsamic over very low heat. As the blueberries cook, use a small whisk to break up most of the berries to release more juice.
- After it cooks down a bit, sprinkle in the corn starch to thicken it enough to cling to the fruit a bit while grilling.
- Grill until fruit is soft & slightly browned, turning often.
