- 1 cup red apple, unpeeled and diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup anaheim chili, seeded and minced
- 1/2 - jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- - tortilla chips for dipping

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
