I served this for game day and the guys loved it, creamy and spicy, perfect for tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 2 - 16 oz cans refried beans
  • 1 jar pico de gallo sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried cumin
  • 2 cups shredded mexican style cheese

How To Make spicy bean dip

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. In lg bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in beans, pico de gallo sauce, chili powder, cayenne pepper and cumin.
  • Step 2
    Spread mix into a 9" x 13" baking pan. Bake 35 mins, or until bubbly. Serve w/ thick tortilla chips.
