How to Make Olive Cheese Ball
- Mix the cream cheese, mayo, chopped Spanish olives and 1/2 cup of walnuts together.
- Add olive juice 1 T at a time. Can add up to 3 T. This adds so much flavor, but be careful not to get it too wet.
- Form into a ball and chill 8 hours.
- Roll ball in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
- Serve with crackers.
