Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    spanish olives, chopped (large pieces)
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive juice (from jar)
  • 1 c
    walnuts, chopped (separated)

How to Make Olive Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the cream cheese, mayo, chopped Spanish olives and 1/2 cup of walnuts together.
  2. Add olive juice 1 T at a time. Can add up to 3 T. This adds so much flavor, but be careful not to get it too wet.
  3. Form into a ball and chill 8 hours.
  4. Roll ball in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
  5. Serve with crackers.
