16 ozcream cheese
1/2 cshredded monterey jack cheese
1/4 ccanned chopped green chiles
1/4 ccanned diced jalapenos
1 cshredded parmesan cheese
1/2 cjapanese panko bread crumbs
How to Make jalapeno popper dip
- In a large bowl, beat the first five ingredients until blended; spread into an ungreased 9-in. pie plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with strips of red and yellow peppers for dipping and the large scoop corn chips. Yield: 16 servings.
