  • 1 c
    box american cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 6 slice
    jalapeno peppers
  • 1 bag(s)
    tortilla chips

How to Make Hot Nacho's

  1. Cut up one glass measuring jar of boxed american cheese into cubes,Add TBSPs of milk and microwave very very slowly, opening door and checking ,so it does not burn.
  2. Stirring as you are checking on this.If you need more milk to thin it out more, add by TBSP and stir. When melted add only 6 sliced rings of peppers that have been diced up small and stir in to cheese mixture.
  3. Put a plate full of tortilla chips in microwave and warm up just a min. or two, these will burn so watch closely. While cheese and pepper mixture is still hot, pour over chips on plate and enjoy.Makes enough for one to two people or more if you wish to share.Enjoy!
