A wonderful appetizer that goes great w/ any Italian meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 9 oz pkg refrigerated cheese ravioili, lg is best
  • 1/2 cup italian-style bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup good quality grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream, i used light
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 3/4 cup good quality pasta sauce, warmed for dipping

How To Make easy crispy ravioli

  • Step 1
    In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs and cheese. In small bowl, whisk sour cream and milk.
  • Step 2
    Roll each ravioli in sour cream mix, then into bread crumb mix. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray.
  • Step 3
    Heat oven to 375. Place raviolis on baking sheet and bake for about 14 mins, or until lightly browned and crispy.
