1/2 citalian-style bread crumbs
1/4 cgood quality grated parmesan cheese
1/2 csour cream, i used light
1/4 c2% milk
3/4 cgood quality pasta sauce, warmed for dipping
How to Make Easy crispy ravioli
- In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs and cheese. In small bowl, whisk sour cream and milk.
- Roll each ravioli in sour cream mix, then into bread crumb mix. Lightly spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray.
- Heat oven to 375. Place raviolis on baking sheet and bake for about 14 mins, or until lightly browned and crispy.
