- 2 cups mushrooms, washed
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
How To Make cheesy mushrooms

Step 1Remove caps from mushrooms; set aside. Chop mushroom stems; sauté stems and onions in butter. Add bread crumbs and cheese to sauteed stems, heating thoroughly. Fill mushrooms caps. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve with hamburgers if desired. Makes 4 servings.
