  • 10 - jalapenos peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 10 slices thin sliced bacon , cut in half

How To Make bacon jalapeno poppers

  • Step 1
    Cut jalapeno peppers in half and remove seeds and veins. Use gloves to work with peppers. Fill jalapeno pepper halves with cream cheese and wrap a half slice of bacon around each one. Secure with toothpicks. Bake at 425 degrees until bacon appears to be done, about 15-20 minutes. Makes 20 servings.
