Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 9 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • - dash of tabasco sauce

How To Make bacon cheese dip

  • Step 1
    Fry bacon , crumble and set aside. In bacon drippings, stir un flour. Add milk and garlic, stir until smooth. Cook on high in microwave 3-4 minutes until thickened. stirring once. Discard garlic; stir cheeses into mixture. Cook on medium for 4-5 minutes, until smooth stirring once. Stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and bacon bits. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes about 4 servings.
