Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 clove garlic
- 9 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- - dash of tabasco sauce

Step 1Fry bacon , crumble and set aside. In bacon drippings, stir un flour. Add milk and garlic, stir until smooth. Cook on high in microwave 3-4 minutes until thickened. stirring once. Discard garlic; stir cheeses into mixture. Cook on medium for 4-5 minutes, until smooth stirring once. Stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and bacon bits. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes about 4 servings.
