I'll be serving this at the game today. But it's also good as an appetizer for any other time! Cheesy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 - loaf italian bread
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounces bacon, cooked, diced
  • 1/2 cup melted, unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix

How To Make bacon-cheddar pull apart bread

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. On cutting board slice bread across at intervals. Don't cut all the way through. Cut again the opposite way.
  • Step 2
    Slide bread onto 2 lg pieces of foil. Stuff cheese between cuts in the bread. Sprinkle w/ bacon.
  • Step 3
    In bowl, mix together butter and dressing. Drizzle over bread. Wrap foil tightly around bread. Bake 15 mins, open foil and bake addtional 10 mins.
