An easily made chocolate fudge. Delicious. My dad always requests this for his birthday rather than a cake!

Ingredients For fudge

  • 4 1/2 c
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine
  • 8 oz jar
    marshmallow creme (they've changed recently to a 7 oz jar, which also works)
  • 2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make fudge

  • 1
    Combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil.

    Boil for 2 minutes.

    Add marshmallow creme, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Stir until chocolate chips mostly melted and everything is combined well.

    Pour into buttered 8"x11" cake pan. Let cool (placing it in a fridge or outside helps it cool faster, obviously.)
