Ingredients

  • 1
    10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    fat-free milk
  • 1/2 c
    lite sour cream
  • 1/3 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1
    30-32 oz pkg refrigerated hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c
    crushed cornflakes

How to Make Healthy crunchy, cheesy potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray.
  2. In lg bowl, combine soup, cheese, milk, sour cream, onion and pepper. mix well. Stir in potatoes. Spoon mix evenly into baking dish.
  3. Cover, bake 45 min. Stir mix. Sprinkle w/ cornflakes and bake, uncovered 20 min, or until bubbly.
