diabetic carrot cake
I found this to be a very good SF cake and freezes very well. Your friends won't know its SF. Look for my SF icing also to go on this cake.

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 cup chop nuts
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups carrot, shredded
- 1 cup pineapple, crushed drained
How To Make diabetic carrot cake

Step 1Mix dry items well. Add oil,honey and eggs. Mix well stir in remaining items.Pour in to a bundt pan and bake at 350* for about 45 mins. depending on oven. Cool for about 10 mins. then turn out and let finish cooling.
