This was my dad's favorite fudge. He has now passed. He would kid he needed some to make him better. I think of him every time I make it :-)

This is easy to make and super yummy, but timing is very important in this peanut butter fudge recipe. If you go a second longer, the sugar can crystallize and you won't get a creamy texture. How to Make Peanut Butter Fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine sugar, milk, and corn starch together.
  2. Cook to a rolling boil. Once it starts boiling, cook for EXACTLY 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir until completely smooth and starts to get thick in the pan.
  5. Pour into a buttered 9" pan (8" for thicker fudge).
  6. Put in the fridge to cool.
  7. Once cooled, cut into squares, and ENJOY! Extra fudge put in a container.
