1 1/2 cborden's prepared mincemeat or other
1/2 cevaporated milk
1 tsprum extract
3 cbisquick baking mix
1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
How to Make Merrymaker Cookies
- Heat oven to 375^.
In a large saucepan heat mincemeat ,eggnog and milk to simmering, stirring frequently. Cook until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Dough will be soft and sticky.
- Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire rack or paper.
