My daughter Noel made up this recipe when she was 15 or 16 years old... she has been cooking with me since she was 2 years old and she started making up recipes of her own when she was 5 years old.

Noel is a beautiful, talented, creative, hard working mother of 4 little children. And she has the most wonderful sense of humor!

Noel likes to make foods and do wonderful presentations... she gets a lot of OOOOHHHS and AAAAAHHHS...
