Cucumber Lemonade



I like the drink, I got it off of Guy's Big Bite.. Love his drinks..Try it out, you'll be surprise..

  • 1/2 bunch
    fresh ciltano
  • 1/2 bunch
    fresh basil
  • 1/4 bunch
    fresh mint
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 stick
    lemon grass

  • 1 large
    cucumber, riughly chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 large
    lemon , divide
  • 2 c
    ice cubes

How to Make Cucumber Lemonade


  1. To make simple syrup:
    First bruise thr lemongrass to get full flavor in the simple syrup.Then sdd all the ingredients together ans steep for 15 minutes. Cool to room temp, strain leaving the leaves behind then add to a squeeze bottle or a tight glass container for further use...Keep for monthes
  2. In a blender, add the roughlty chopped cucumber and water. Blend until liqiudly, then strain leaving the pulp.
  3. We'll ready to make the drink. In a large pitcher, put ice cubes in then add your simple syrup about 1/2 cup then cucmber juice , squeeze half lemon, and vodka. Then stir and serve. Garnish, slice lemon and clice cucmber..
