I eat this EVERY morning! I use rolled oats because they are better for you and almond milk for the same reason but skim or 1% is fine the specs will be different though. Calories 206 Fat 4 g Carbs 37 g Protein 7 g Sugar 8 g Sodium 78 g Calories from my fitness pal (great tool)

Ingredients For gluten free pumpkin oatmeal

  • 1/2 c
    original almond milk or vanilla unsweetened(not sweetened)
  • 1/2 c
    quaker rolled old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 c
    libby's plain canned pumpkin
  • 1 tsp
    stevia in the raw
  • 1 dash
    cinnamon or pumpkin spice

How To Make gluten free pumpkin oatmeal

    Mix all your ingredients into a microwave safe bowl.Put in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds - 2 minutes (test for yourself) Done...yum! Enjoy!
