Peanut Butter No Flour Kiss Cookies

Mrs. Michael J. Lively

This recipe came to me in the 90's from a gal who was in our home school co-op, Kim Sheetz. Those were some of the happiest days of my life! i made these last night for a gal at my Dear Husband's work who can't have wheat flour. She really liked them and wants the recipe. So this is for you Jessica =)

How to Make Peanut Butter No Flour Kiss Cookies

  1. Mix all ingredients. If too moist add a bit more sugar. Make into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet or put ball in a mini muffin pan and press w/a round wooden tart press.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes [i use stoneware].
  3. Add the kisses about 5 minutes after you take them out of the oven. Let cool 10 minutes before removing cookies from cookie sheet. Makes 2 dozen cookies. (Quick and easy for kids to make!) Cookies must cool completely in silicon mini muffin pan, so pushing up on the bottom of the pan to remove them. These cookies are very fragile. You can taste the peanut butter! And the kiss is just icing on the cookie!
