The combined taste of grapes and boursin is divine. I purposely left out the basil in this bruschetta because I did not want to overpower the flavor of the cheese.

boursin cheese
1/4 c
red grapes (seedless), sliced in half
4 Tbsp
diced tomato
2 Tbsp
diced red onion
2 Tbsp
diced cucumber
1 Tbsp
diced red pepper
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/8 tsp
1 tsp
olive oil
dash of dried parsley flakes

How to Make Boursin n Grape Bruschetta


  • 1Spread 2 tbs boursin cheese on each baguette slice. Toast in toaster oven for 3-4 minutes, until bread is crispy on sides.
  • 2In the meantime, mix the rest of the ingredients (except grapes and parsley) in bowl.
  • 3Top bread with the grapes, arranging them to cover the entire slice.
  • 4Spoon the mixture over the top, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
