Pinto Bean Fudge

1 ccooked pinto beans, unseasoned

3/4 ccocoa

1/2 cmelted butter

1 Tbspvanilla (yes 1 tablespoon)

2 lbpowdered sugar

1 pinchsalt (do not add if beans have any salt in them)

1/2 cchopped pecans
How to Make Pinto Bean Fudge
- Mash the beans. Mix them with the margarine, cocoa and vanilla. Stir in the sugar and pecans.
- Butter a 9 by 13 inch pan and spread the bean mixture in this. Put into the refrigerator and chill thoroughly. Cut into squares, serve.
