Just tried this recipe and it was soo easy and good I had to share it. The first one you eat is ok but then the second one gets you hooked. They are addictive!
Ingredients For gingersnap balls
5 ozgingersnaps (20 store bought sized cookies)
3 Tbspdark corn syrup
2 Tbspcreamy peanut butter
1/2 cpowdered sugar
How To Make gingersnap balls
1Put cookies in a food processor to process to crumbs. Add the Syrup and Peanut Butter and mix thoroughly in the processor.
2When complete you should be able to make a ball and have it stick together. If crumbly just add a bit more syrup as I had to do.
3Make into small balls
4Roll balls in powdered sugar. Share and enjoy!!
