Just tried this recipe and it was soo easy and good I had to share it. The first one you eat is ok but then the second one gets you hooked. They are addictive!

Ingredients For gingersnap balls

  • 5 oz
    gingersnaps (20 store bought sized cookies)
  • 3 Tbsp
    dark corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar

How To Make gingersnap balls

  • 1
    Put cookies in a food processor to process to crumbs. Add the Syrup and Peanut Butter and mix thoroughly in the processor.

    When complete you should be able to make a ball and have it stick together. If crumbly just add a bit more syrup as I had to do.

    Make into small balls

    Roll balls in powdered sugar. Share and enjoy!!
