I used the zesty Italian dressing mix and omitted the red pepper flakes. These have a very nice flavor. You can also use sliced pork tenderloin.

1 pkgItalian salad dressing mix (regular or zesty, 6 oz )
1/4 cbalsamic vinegar
1/2 tspdried Italian seasoning
1/4 tspcrushed red pepper flakes (optional)
2 Tbspvegetable oil
How To Make italian spiced pork chops
1In a small bowl, combine salad dressing mix, vinegar, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Beat with a wire whisk until the mix is dissolved. Add oil and beat well. In a shallow glass baking dish, arrange chops in a single layer. Spread the oil mixture over both sides of the pork. Let stand for 15 minutes.
2Grill or fry until no longer pink.
