Ingredients

1 csoft bread crumbs

1 cbuttermilk, or sour milk

1/2 tspbaking soda
-
2 largeeggs
-
1-2 Tbspgranulated sugar
-
1/2 call purpose flour
-
2 tspvanilla extract (optional)
How to Make Breadcrumb griddlecakes
- Soak the breadcrumbs in the buttermilk for several hours, ( I soaked them overnight in the refrigerator)
- Then stir in the rest of the ingredients using enough flour to make a thick batter.
- cook as you would regular pancakes. enjoy!!
- I used exactly 1/2 cup of flour, and I also used 2 T of sugar and the vanilla was my idea because I love vanilla
