I am obsessed with radishes! I usually just eat them sliced like a potato chip and eat them raw. They have such a great peppery quality. This is my favorite way to cook them though...Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch
    fresh green beans
  • 2 bunch
    fresh radishes
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 3 Tbsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 5 dash(es)
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper

How to Make RADish Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Rinse radishes and green beans. Cut larger radishes in halves or thirds and keep small ones whole. Snap the ends off of the green beans.
  2. Boil the green beans in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Remove and put in an ice bath to keep them super green in color :)
  3. In a Wok, add Olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, honey and soy sauce. Let it come to a slight reduction.
  4. Throw in the green beans (drained) and radishes and sauté in the Wok until everything is tender and coated with the dressing. Usually 3-5 Minutes.
  5. Salt and Pepper to taste. Enjoy!
