How to Make Turkey curry
- Remove meat from turkey carcass and chop,set a side.
Add olive oil to a large pot and heat on medium high. Add all the ingredients saute for 10minutes. - Add chicken stock bring to boil and lower to simmer for 20 minutes. Add coconut milk and sprinkle with cilantro. Enjoy with Basmati rice.
