How to Make Chili for Everybody

  1. Brown ground beef, set aside, saving small amt grease.
Sautee garlic and onion in saved grease.
In crock pot or large cooking pot, add all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally at least two hours on stove top or 4 hours in crock pot.
I leave mine in the crock pot on low all day.
Add water or more coffee to desired consistency.
  3. Host a chili party!
Double, triple, quadruple the recipe, and host a party (can you say Football?)
-Set out a variety of mix-ins and toppers buffet-style.
Children especially enjoy adding their own "extras"
