Ingredients

  • 3 c
    bisquick mix
  • 1 lb
    neese's sausage, extra hot or sage (whichever your preference)
  • 8-12 oz
    cheddar cheese, extra sharp, hand grated fresh
  • ·
    buttermilk or milk to mix

How to Make Drema's "Sausage Balls"

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, mix well with hands. Add just enough buttermilk or milk to moisten. Mix thoroughly with hands.
  3. Form into bite-size balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 10-12 minutes on 450 degrees F.

    Yum! I can already smell them!
