Most of my recipes are born from my cravings. And tonight I was craving something crunchy and smoky... so this worked out perfectly! My whole family loved this!

These are some perfectly moist breaded pork chops. The Panko crumbs and mustard mixture are a real winning combo. Once baked, the Panko crust is crispy and inside the pork chops are super tender. Blue Ribbon, indeed.

Ingredients For crunchy smoky pork chops

6 - 8thin cut, bone in, pork chops

1/2 cflour, for dredging

3/4 cDijon mustard

1/2 cdry white wine, I used chardonnay

3 clovefresh garlic, crushed

2 tspliquid smoke flavoring

3 cPanko bread crumbs
-
3 tsponion powder
-
1 1/2 Tbspparsley flakes

1 1/2 tspKosher salt

1/2 tspblack pepper
How To Make crunchy smoky pork chops

1Place flour into a plastic freezer bag.

2In a shallow dish, mix together the next 4 ingredients.

3In a sepreate freezer bag, mix together the last 5 ingredients.

4Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Then line 2 large baking pans with parchment paper.

5Coat each pork chop with flour, then with mustard mixture, and then with bread crumb mixture.

6Place on the baking sheets and bake on center rack for 40-45 mintues or til well browned.
