How to Make Chicken Enchiladas
- Saute: Onion and green chilies.
- Mix: Onion, chilies, cream of chicken soup, water and sour cream.
- Bake: Put layer of chicken in 9x13 in pan. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Grate cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve: Over tortilla chips.
