Ingredients

  • 1 1/8 c
    buttermilk or 4 tablespoons dry buttermilk powder and 1 1/8 cups water
  • 3 c
    bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    active dry yeast
  • 1 Tbsp
    hot horseradish
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic from jar
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion

How to Make Buttermilk Cheese Bread

Step-by-Step

  1. Put all bread ingredients in pan and hit start button
  2. The bread will take about 2 1/2 hours to knead, rise and bake.
