How to Make Lemon Iced Raspberry Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix powered sugar, butter, raspberry flavoring & egg in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover & chill for at least 2 hours.
  2. I use a large cookie scoop to make the cookies the same size. Place on a lightly greased or lined cookie sheet with parchman paper. Flatten the cookies before you bake them. I use the bottom of a 1 cup measuring cup! (I use parchman paper).
  3. Heat oven to 375F
  4. Bake 4:30 min, turn sheet & bake 4:30 more
  5. Glaze: mix enough powered sugar & real lemon juice to spreadable consistency, ice cookies & then add colored sugar on top...ENJOY!
