This is a wonderful thick smoothie to have in the morning. Healthful with flax, oatmeal and yogurt and flavored with cardamon for that extra zip. Pineapple just gives it that tropical feeling needed year round.

TIP: SO Delicious Milk is a dairy free milk high in vitamins D and has other benefits. You can look it up online for further research. It can be found in with the health foods at your local grocery store. It comes in Vanilla, Chocolate (yumm), and Strawberry and I feel is more smooth than milk is. This is not an AD for the product, I have just tried it and find it better tasting than regular chocolate or vanilla milk.

Note: This smoothie is quite thick. You can add additional liquids if you desire, and/or use all fresh banana.
