Blue Ribbon Recipe
This is the easiest creamiest fudge I have ever made! I used espresso because I think it adds a richer flavor to the chocolate and, oh my, was it good. I'll definitely be making this for gifts in the future. It's so yummy. The Test Kitchen

1 1/2 Tbspinstant coffee granules - expresso preferred for more coffee flavor
