How to Make Salsa By Sondra
- Skin tomatoes, quarter and cook for 15-20 minutes. Then Drain off juice.( I put mine in a colander to drain)
- Put drained tomatoes and all the other ingredients in a large pot and cook for 20 minutes. Put 1/2 teaspoon of salt to each pint jar. Fill with Salsa and pressure at 10 lbs for 10 minutes.
- I add Black Beans (drained & rinsed) and (or) corn to mine sometimes. I have also made some jars with Splenda instead of sugar.
