I couldn't find an iced coffee recipe that had all the ingredients I was looking for...so I created this one! It's exactly what I wanted!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    warm coffee, very strong
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    semi sweet chocolate chips ^see note
  • 3 Tbsp
    half n' half
  • 1/2 tsp
    pure almond extract
  • 6
    ice cubes

How to Make Almond Mocha Iced Coffee

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir chocolate chips and sugar into warm coffee til melted.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into a tall glass.
  4. Sip and enjoy!
  5. * I love the tiny droplets of chocolate in my iced coffee and at the bottom of the glass! But if your not into that kind of thing...use 2 Tbls. of chocolate syrup instead of the chocolate chips.
