Ingredients For quickest potato casserole

  • 32 oz. bag shredded hash browns
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste

How To Make quickest potato casserole

    Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 13x9 baking dish.

    Pour potatoes in baking dish, pour cream over. Sprinkle in salt and pepper.

    Bake uncovered until potatoes are glazey and slightly brown on top, about 1 hour.
