Ingredients For no peek casserole

2 lbbeef, i use sirloin
-
2 canmushroom (drain one) can use fresh see below

1 pkgdry onion soup mix
-
1 cancondensed mushroom soup, undiluted
-
1/2 cred wine, dry burgundy(optional)

8 ozsour cream, optional
-
egg noodles or rice
How To Make no peek casserole

1Mix all ingredients in oven proof dish or dutch oven. Cover tightly. Bake 3 hours at 300 degrees. Sour cream may be added before serving. Serve over noodles or rice.

2Note: I have used fresh mushrooms and added 1/2 cup of water.
