I created this pie recipe. It's a blueberry and cheese pie combined with toffee bits in an Oreo crust.

    oreo cookies
  • 1/2 c
    margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    light brown sugar
  • FILLING
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    light brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
    whipped topping
  • 1/2 tsp
    almond extract
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter chips
  • 1 c
    toffee bits
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 c
    toffee bits

How To Make blueberry cheese pie with toffee bits

    Preheat oven 325 degrees F.
  • 2
    To make the crust, combine the Oreo cookies, margarine and brown sugar in a large food processor and grind for 30 seconds or until fine.

    Press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.

    To make the filling, beat the cream cheese, whipped topping and almond extract in a medium bowl until smooth. Add eggs and beat on low speed just until combined.

    Stir blueberries, peanut butter chips and toffee bits into cream cheese mixture. Pour into the crust evenly.

    Bake for 20 minutes or until center is almost set.

    Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour.

    Refrigerate for 4 hours. Just before serving, top with peanut butter chips and toffee bits.
