Ingredients For mom's day creamy strawberry cake

1 boxsuper moist white cake mix

1-1/4 clight cream

4eggs
-
1 Tbspcanola or vegetable oil

1/2 cstrawberry syrup

8 ozlight cool whip, thawed

3 cfresh sliced strawberries

1/4 cstrawberry jam

2 Tbspsugar
How To Make mom's day creamy strawberry cake

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat cake mix, light cream, eggs and oil on low for 2 mins.

2Beat on medium 2 mins. Pour batter into pan. Bake 25-30 mins or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool. With a fork, poke cake every inch. Pour strawberry syrup slowly over cake. Let cool some more.

3Spread cool whip over cake. In bowl, beat strawberries and sugar, top cake w/ strawberry mix. Store in refrigerator.
