Ingredients For fudge graham cake

    fudge grahams, crushed
  • 1 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 1 box
    devil's food cake mix (18.25 oz)
  • 1 1/4 c
    water
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3
    eggs
  • 4 Tbsp
    malted milk powder
  • 6
    fudge grahams, crushed
  • FROSTING
  • 1 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 2
    king size milky way bars, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    whole milk
  • 1 pkg
    frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg
    instant chocolate pudding mix

How To Make fudge graham cake

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Coat two 9-inch round cake pans with cooking spray. To make the cake, add crushed fudge grahams and milk chocolate chips in the bottom of both cake pans.

    In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, eggs and malted milk powder at low speed for 30 minutes until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Pour the cake batter into prepared cake pans.

    Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cake springs back when lightly touched in the center. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from the pans and place on cooling rack.

    To make the frosting, heat margarine in a small saucepan over low heat. Combine sliced milky way bars and whole milk and cook until milky way bars are melted, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

    In a medium bowl, combine the whipped topping, cream cheese and pudding mix; whisk well for 3 minutes. Pour half of milky way bar mixture into whipped topping mixture and fold it until combined. Set aside.

    Place a first layer cake on a serving plate. Spread half of the frosting evenly and top with crushed fudge grahams. Place a second layer cake on top and spread remaining frosting on sides and top of the cake.

    Drizzle with remaining milky way bar mixture all over the cake.
