Ingredients For lo-cal sausage, egg and cheese roll-ups

1/2 cegg beaters egg substitute

2mushrooms, sliced
-
1/4 cchopped red bell pepper

1/4 cchopped green bell pepper

2 Tbspchopped red onion
-
1/2 ctorn baby spinach leaves

2turkey sausage patties, cooked and crumbled

1/4 creduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese

2whole wheat tortillas
How To Make lo-cal sausage, egg and cheese roll-ups

1Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, scarmble together egg beaters, veggies and sausage.

2Pour mix into skillet. Cook, stirring often to scramble. Add cheese, and stir until melted. Transfer to a bowl.

3Heat each tortilla in skillet on both sides until warmed. Fill tortillas evenly w/ filling. I serve w/ a splash of hot sauce.
