After 3hr In The Smoker 200 Degrees. On A Cedar Plank (my Preference) Oh So Absolutely Wonderful Tasting. I’m Using The Same Recipe Tomorrow To Smoke Salmon And Trout For My Neighbors. They Loved It Also. It The Hit Of The Neighborhood!!!!!!!
