You Can See Here The Crust Could Have Used At Least 10 More Minutes I Personally Do Not Like A Gummy Crust, Some  Brush An Egg White On The Bottom Before Baking Which Is Supposed To Keep The Liquid From Saturating The Dough I Did Not See A Difference
