You can use corn tortillas instead of flour.

Are there non-gluten tortillas? I've never seen this. The recipe sounds wonderful, but we need to be gluten-free, and I'm not sure I'm able to do this one. Am I missing something? I've only been in this gluten-free mode for a month, so I need all the help I can get.
